Mission

  At Growing with Compassion, we support each individual's path to self-discovery through the power of mindfulness. We believe that the first step towards becoming the person you want to be is accepting and loving the person you are today. Our ethos is rooted in deep introspection, dedicated self-work, and mindful intentionality. Our coaching sessions are based on compassionate curiosity that helps individuals gain deeper insights into their true selves and take steps toward personal growth and fulfillment.

Vision

  Our three pillars—deep introspection, dedicated self-work, and mindful intentionality—are the heartbeat of our practice. We use mindfulness techniques, that include but are not limited to, meditation, breathing techniques, body movements, mindfulness activities, and intentional living practices to connect and nurture our minds and bodies.

Approach

We believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. Our approach is centered around blending coaching with compassionate curiosity to unlock self-actualization. We are committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for beings to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.

Join our BIPOC Mindfulness Sangha

  

Our BIPOC-only sangha (community of mindfulness practitioners) meets every 1st and 3rd Monday at 6 p.m. EST on Zoom. We strive to foster growth filled with loving kindness dedicated to introspection, self-improvement, and intentional living, nurturing connections in a space of inclusivity and shared wisdom.
